As an Analyst in the Site Optimization group, you will be responsible for many aspects of our business including analyzing client data, presenting recommendations to senior management of Fortune 1000 firms, managing client relationships, supporting the sales team and working to educate other Razorfish employees about our capability. Your core responsibility will provide usability consulting and analysis for Site Optimization engagements within Razorfish`s Customer Insight Group, working with many clients across the country.
Performs hands-on analysis of large volumes of transaction and customer level data. Work with complex data structure, manipulate, and perform data analysis
Develop findings and recommendations based on data and industry best practices
Perform data analysis and coding for open-ends that are necessary for survey data analysis
Participation in (and at times leading of) delivery of results and presentations to clients
Provide support for ad hoc requests from Account Directors and other SO team members across a broad range of clients
Support client relationships and account management within the context of the Site Optimization Group
Work with other groups and client teams within the agency to develop deliverables to meet client needs
Develop proposals under the guidance of the Director or Manager of Site Optimization
Drive forward other team initiatives, such as product development and agency education
Attention to detail
Strong written communication
Strong presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Excellent interpersonal communications and a team oriented perspective
Leadership experience
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to interpret data and analysis results to generate insights
Knowledge of usability or web metrics packages highly preferred
Knowledge of multivariate statistical analysis (regression and simple segmentation), a plus
Knowledge of SQL, a plus
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design, a plus
Flash experience, a plus
The applicant must have a bachelor`s degree
A minimum of two years of work experience in a business environment is highly preferred
Interest or experience in the any or multiple areas below would be a plus:
Managing large research or consulting projects
Management/strategy consulting
Website usability and design
Survey development and analysis.
